Are you ready to take on the ultimate Memorial Day

Are you ready to take on the ultimate Memorial Day challenge? 💪

Join us for our annual Memorial Day Murph and All Club BBQ on Saturday, May 27th, and honor the sacrifice of Navy SEAL officer Michael P. Murphy, the first service member to receive the Medal of Honor for his bravery and leadership in Afghanistan. 🇺🇸

This charity workout is an incredible opportunity to push yourself to your limits and pay tribute to a true American hero. 💥🏋️‍♀️

Here's what you can expect:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Don't worry if you're new to this type of workout - our coaches will be there every step of the way to help you scale and partition the exercises to your level. 🙌

Heats start at 8am, 9:15am, and 10:30am, with an all-club BBQ to follow. 🍔🌭

The cost to sign up is $30 per person and proceeds will go to the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. If you sign up before May 17th, you’ll get a Murph t-shirt! 😎

🇺🇸 What is a HERO workout? It’s a tribute workout for a fallen first responder or military member who died while serving honorably in the line of duty.

💪These workouts are a GRIND! They are challenging mentally & physically, but it’s a great challenge to push ourselves to new levels and fight for those reps! So let’s get after it family style on Saturdays all month long!
