I began my adventures in the fitness industry in 2007 as a personal trainer with my own business and fitness writing for national and local publications. I have been a part of the ECA family since 2010 when I began as a trainer. In 2012, I tried out the financial industry while always keeping a toe in the fitness world. I quickly learned an office job was not for me! This experience gave me compassion and insight to the toll that sedentary work takes on the body. In 2015 I fulfilled a dream of becoming a Yoga instructor and returned to ECA to teach. I absolutely love Yoga and have transitioned to it being almost exclusively how I workout. I have found yoga to be a challenge in many ways beyond physical and have experienced a total transformation in both mind and body.
When I’m not on my yoga mat, I enjoy spending time with my toddler, husband and our pomeranian. Living in the PNW, there is no shortage of adventures to be had and I soak up as much time outdoors as I can. It is my passion to build community and serve you in your fitness journey.
