Hi! My name is Kamra and I am a trainer here at Emerald City Athletics. I grew up in Everett, Washington with my Mom, Dad, brother, and dog. I developed a passion for fitness during my childhood growing up as a competitive dancer, gymnast and cheerleader. For the past 4.5 years, I have continued my athletic training by competing in Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting. As well as coaching Little “Kiddos” crossfit for 2 years. I also have extensive knowledge in nutrition and enjoy creating customized meal plans for my clients. Though I am strict with fitness, I enjoy trying new foods, restaurants, eating tasty treats and snacks. During my time outside of the gym I love to hike, snowboard, and travel. I have been on a few mission trips to the Dominican Republic in 2013 and Thailand in 2017. I love fitness and I love people so if we haven’t met, come say hi.
Mikey – Seattle club
Hi! My name is Mikey and just love to move! Running, hiking, dancing, or just throwing weights around…I love it all!
I grew up all over Western Washington and graduated from South Kitsap High School. I ran track, played soccer, wrestled and even sang in the jazz choir. I started a career in music broadcasting fresh out of Eastern Washington University. I had a ton of fun, had a lot of laughs and went to some amazing shows! I was shooting a TV commercial at a Health Club in Yakima when I discovered my true calling: Personal Training!
After completing my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I jumped head first into being a fitness professional. My motto: make fitness fun! I LOVE being the BEST part of someone’s day.
Weight loss, group training, sports performance or even if you look to fitness just to boost your mood…I’m your guy!
Matt – Seattle club
Hey, my name is Matt! I recently graduated the University of Washington with a B.S in Human Physiology/Biology. I aspire to eventually become a Physician and specialize in either sports medicine or anesthesiology. But I have always wanted to be a personal trainer, and I want to use these next few years off school to be able to help others grow both physically and mentally and to use this opportunity to interact with my clientele in a more personable manner.
I have been in the fitness industry for a little over 5 years. I began as a powerlifter but as I acquired more knowledge in the realm of nutrition, human sciences, and overall general health –, I can also coach physique and bodybuilding. So, whether it is general strength, functionality, weight loss or various other principles – I would love to be a part in attaining your goals.
In my free time I enjoy lifting weights, listening to EDM, spending time with my family and puppy, and volunteering at Swedish Hospital.
Cassie – Everett Club
Hi! I’m Cassie and I am a Fitness Director & trainer here at ECA Everett. I grew up in California and was a competitive gymnast. After competing for 12 years, I transitioned into coaching 5-18 year old Junior Olympic gymnasts. I graduated from Western Washington University in 2016 with a B.A. in Communication Studies and minors in math and sociology. I have always had a passion for fitness and nutrition so I became a personal trainer after moving to Seattle in the summer of 2017 and am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Although I spend most of my time in the gym working with clients and developing my own fitness routines, I love cooking/baking, candle-making, and social time with friends and family. I am also a dog-lover and am obsessed with my adorable rescue dog, Ozai, so you will often find me at a dog park or other dog-friendly venues. I am outgoing and love engaging in conversation and learning about other people’s interests and experiences. If we haven’t had a chance to meet yet, please stop by and say hi!

Danny Palmer – Everett Club
Hello! I’m Danny and I’m an ACE certified personal trainer from Mill Creek, WA. Since the age of 12 I struggled with being extremely overweight and living a consistently unhealthy lifestyle. I fell in love with the ability to change my body through nutrition and exercise after my first time in a gym. Currently I’m continuing to train for strength and hypertrophy while keeping the fat off. After studying nutrition and exercise for multiple years I began to enjoy all aspects of it. As a trainer my goals are to educate and bring others to success in their own fitness goals as efficiently as possible. The success my clients have made are ranging from 8-16 pounds of fat loss or up to 4-10 pounds of muscle (LBM) within their first month. My style of training will vary by person but can expect a mix of circuits, free-weights and machines.
Ryan Andrews – Everett club
Hi! I’m Ryan. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and I love training here at ECA. I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ where I spent my days playing soccer, hiking, and playing music (my other passion). I grew up as a chubby kid who lacked confidence. As I got older I educated myself on the importance of proper nutrition and exercise and immediately fell in love with fitness. I love helping others realize their full potential and helping them to reach their own personal fitness goals.
Interesting fact: Call of duty and pickle ball are life.
DJ – Everett Club
My name is Dustin Blair and i was born and raised right here in Washington. I was lucky enough to get introduced to fitness at a young age playing sports with my brother and started weight training senior year of high school when my dad got me my first bench press. Once you see results is when it becomes addicting and i have been lifting ever since. I would say that i don’t have any specific fitness goals for myself. I believe you have to be satisfied with never being satisfied when it comes to fitness. The style of training that i practice is strictly strength progression using mostly free weights.
I’m all about working smarter and not harder when it comes to getting someone to their goal. Food is by far the most overlooked aspect in fitness where i know everyone struggles but finding the perfect diet for your specific body type is the key to getting in shape –that with a proper/consistent lifting regimen and you’re golden. That’s where i come in!
