- Workout 1 hour (Workout = 1 hour of movement)
- Follow Meal Plan of your choice (We will provide personalized meal plan)
- Read 10 pages of a non-fiction/personal growth book
- Drink 1 Gallon of Water
- Refuse 1 Personal Vice
- Open Enrollment: January 1st – 24th and will resume for 31 consecutive days.
- S4 Kickoff: Monday, January 24th 6:00pm.
- End Date: Thursday, February 24th at 5pm.

HOW DOES THE S4 CHALLENGE WORK?
- Sign-up during Open Enrollment January 1st – January 24th *Sooner you sign-up = bigger jump start
- Show-up to S4 Kickoff on Monday, January 24th at 6:00pm.
- Complete final InBody scan and email S4 testimonial with before & after pictures by 5pm February 24th.
- Win by accumulating healthy habits & results over 31 Days! Winners announced February 25th 5pm, Club Party.
