Our Foundations Program consists of an orientation, Foundations Classes, customized nutritional guidance, results seminars, monthly specialty seminars, and community events. You'll also get full access to club equipment and amenities at all ECA locations.

Our Foundations Classes are 60 minutes long and run six days per week. These classes utilize resistance training machines, cardio machines, and bodyweight movements. The workouts change every day to maximize building muscle and burning fat! These classes will help build accountability while also connecting you with other members to form relationships and find workout partners.

This membership program is preferred for the 60% majority of our members because it meets our members right where they are with respect to their current fitness level.
