PLANT BASED

Have you considered going vegan? Let’s rephrases that. Have you ever considered plants as a substitute for meat for protein every once and awhile? Here’s an interesting fact for you. Plant-based proteins tend to be lower in calories and fat than animal proteins but higher in fiber and essential nutrients. By swapping plant proteins for animal proteins, you can reduce your caloric intake and boost your daily nutrient profile. You don’t have to change your whole lifestyle of how you eat, ditch meat entirely, and convert to veganism; but maybe consider making a couple days a week plant based and see how you feel!
